BWNG employs 37 staff and 35 volunteers to deliver our services in and around the community. These staff are managed by Team Leaders and the manager is responsible for all operational aspects of the organisation.

Community Garden
Bucketts Way Neighbourhood Group’s Community Garden provides fresh produce and plants as well as reliable labour services, neighbourhood improvement, a sense of community and a connection to the environment.

Bucketts Way Neighbourhood Group Inc.’s mission is to provide a quality service to clients of the Gloucester community, in the areas of disadvantaged people, aged care, disability, youth and culturally distinct.
